Beef Steak Combo Pack
Combo of 4 Premium Steaks: Beef T-Bone, Beef Rib Eye, Beef Tenderloin, Beef Sirloin

Cooking Instructions: Thaw the wrapped steak in the refrigerator at 1°- 4°C for 4 hours then unwrap the thawed steak and let it rest at room temperature for 20 -30 minutes. Rub the outside of the steak with cooking oil, preferably olive oil. Season liberally on all sides with the steak seasoning or marinade. Heat your cast iron pan, preferably griddled, over medium high heat (450°F/232°C).
Place two tablespoons of vegetable oil in the heated pan. Open doors and windows as things may get smoky. Place the steaks cut side down on the pan and sear the first side for 3 minutes until the dark golden brown crust has been developed. Flip the steak and repeat with the other side. Flip steak every two minutes until desired doneness is reached.
Optional Step: Just before(about 1 minute) desired doneness is reached, add a crushed whole clove of garlic and two tablespoons of butter, Baste the butter mixer over the steak. Remove the steak from the heat and allow it to rest 2 minutes before serving.
